This is a high quality, easily absorbable Mg, which is a vital supplement that also helps people feel more relaxed and can help recovery after injury . Only downside is that there's not that much in each capsule so now my mother needs to take 2 capsules instead of one, but they are pretty easy to swallow

Excellent!
I've just started taking this type of magnesium to help with stress, migraines and sleep. I notice better sleep so far. But haven't been taking it long enough to notice migraine or muscle help just yet. I see no harm in adding these since i'm mineral deficient.
