Our old cordless immersion blender (from another manufacturer) never worked very well and eventually gave up the ghost. Our son has the same Cuisinart model that we purchased and he's raved about it plus I've used it when cooking at his home. It was an easy decision to choose this model for our household. I've already used it a couple times for soups and blending cashews for a vegan "cheese" spread, and it works great.

So happy I did! It was easy to use & clean (I was so relieved) and my new recipe came out perfect than great! Now I keep looking for more recipes and reasons to try all the attachments & functions!
