EasyLiner Solid Grip 20 in. x 22 ft. Taupe Shelf Liner

I think this is the best quality shelf liner around. I looked at several different varieties and brands before settling on this one. It's thick enough to lay flat and stay in place, is washable and durable, and I believe it will last for a long time and not need to be replaced like some lighter weight liners. Also, I was glad to see it offered in the large 22-foot roll as we just remodeled our kitchen and have a lot of shelving to cover. The liner can get expensive, but the large roll offers the best value per square foot. The only weird thing I noticed as I was cutting and working with the liner is that my hands were left coated with a dark, smudgy, slightly tacky coating. I have a feeling there is some sort of petroleum chemical in the liner that might have rubbed off, but when I wiped down the liner before installing, nothing came off on the cloth. I have used this brand previously and haven't had any issues once it's installed, so I'm assuming it's the same quality as what I had before. I did notice that this large roll version is slightly different than the 8-foot rolls found in the stores. The 8-foot rolls are marked as having an antimicrobial coating, and also they seem very slightly thicker. Perhaps the large rolls are older stock and the 8-foot rolls are the new, improved versions. Either way, the color is identical to the new rolls and it should look and function almost the same.
