PancakesYou will need:1 2/3 Cups Pancake & Waffle Mix1 Cup Milk1 Egg1. HEAT skillet or griddle over medium-high heat or to 375°F. Grease skillet or griddle. (Surface is ready when drops of water jump around.) To measure mix, we recommend spooning into a dry measuring cup and leveling.2. STIR TOGETHER mix, milk and egg with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot greased skillet for each pancake.3. COOK until bubbles break on surface and edges just begin to dry. Turn; cook about 1 minute or until golden brown.12 (4-inch) pancakesHigh Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.WafflesYou will need:1 2/3 Cup Pancake & Waffle Mix1 1/3 Cups Milk2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil1 Egg1.
