I never got to use it. After going over my sourround sound it worked. So l returned this one. Just to let you all know that the serial number on the sound bar will match the receipt but not the sub woffer and thats where the problem begins. After 1 1/2 hour arguing and customer service making it look like l swithced the item l finally got my refund only because the guy that works in electronics has the knowlodge that they dont match since he has open them before to set up as a store display. No one apoligized and l was very embarrassed of the whole situation.

Amazing sound and strong bass for a low price

I'm impressed. I'm a Samsung TV fan but never before have I used any other products by Samsung. I don't find the installation instructions very user friendly and I still don't know to use all its functions—so I'm probably missing even better qualities of this great sounds at and subwoofer—but I am so glad I bought this!!! I didn't want to spend much on one because the utility of a soundbar just isn't that important to me—I just wanted better sound (especially for mirroring Pandora off my iPhone) than my Samsung TV itself has ever provided (2017 55” Curved). I looked at the $199 Bose first online—being a Bose fan from a past Bose Wave purchase and owning several Cadillacs and a Buick Encore with Bose speakers, and the price was surprisingly low to me, but I still didn't want to invest quite that much if I could find a quality soundbar for less. The subwoofer actually is so strong that I ordered thick acoustic foam pads to place under it on my hardwood floor to attempt not disturbing the apartment beneath me. They haven't complained but I'm being proactive because I can hear how strong the bass is. I highly recommend this.

Great value

This was a great purchase for the price. I bought it in a whim to bump up my tv sound. We watch a fair amount of tv and don't have a huge house so I figured a sound bar and sub woofer would be plenty and this fulfilled my every expectation. My only criticism is it seems to have a sleep timer that I can't figure out how to turn off and you'll have to power cycle the unit to get the sound back on. Otherwise it's totally worth the cost if you just want something more than the standard tv sound.
