Cooking breakfast foods, sandwiches, vegetables, and dessert has never been easier! This Toastmaster TMGM48 is a high performing Gas Griddle. With 20,000 BTU aluminized steel "U" shape burners every 12", it has multiple cooking zones. These zones are individually regulated by separate manual controls. The controls adjust the burners and steel radiants to maintain the set temperature. This TMGM48 has a stainless steel bullnose, front panel, and removable drip tray for easy cleaning. Its steel plate has been polished to help prevent food from sticking.
