It's weirdly difficult to find and purchase just a normal, solid USB-A male to USB-A male cable. Was happy to see a Startech branded one being sold at Walmart (Startech is a reliable PC accessory brand). I am using this cable to help connect a mouse and keyboard to a KVM switch, and it works perfectly.

I am satisfied with the process

Unfortunately, I could not use this cable for my purpose, however I can rate the "process" of ordering and returning. In this the process was very easy to do, and with no hassles. The cable arrived when they said it would; I took it home and tested it out, but my issues weren't the type that this cable could fix, so I was able to set up the return online, went to the store and returned it- no problem.
