Good to have in your medicine cabinet

I've been using Nature's Way Activated Charcoal for a while now, and it's honestly so good. It helps a lot with bloating and digestion, and I always feel lighter after taking it. In my must-pack travels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest I can't 100% say that activated charcoal solves all my food poisoning issue but I take activated charcoal as a precaution and found Nature's Way to work the same as other activated charcoal tablets.

Super helpful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep this in my purse now. This is great for when you really don't have a lot of healthy eating choices and eat something you aren't used to. It really helped with bloating and gas, which is awesome when you're in a road trip. I highly recommend having these at all times!
