Great Replacement
I bought this product based on appearance and the fact that it had the pull out nozzle. The product was higher priced than some others, however this faucet appeared very sturdy. Once I brought it home, I found the installation to be really easy. It was much more difficult to pull the old faucet out, than to install the new one. Everything went together as described. The product was clean out of the box, and what I really appreciated was everything was included. Very few tools needed for the installation. I will definitely buy Moen faucets as I replace others in my home.

Initial impression good
Product installed easy and quickly, works well, and looks nice. I appreciated the long supply lines that come with it, 2 fewer joints to make when installing. Last non-Moen kitchen faucet lasted about 6 years, I hope this one lasts a lot longer, so can't really rate the durable part of the review. I think having fewer seams for water to get into will help with longevity. I also appreciated the nice packaging - might seem like a small detail, but no scratches or marks on any parts. Why don't more companies do this?
