This product works great when you finally received it

I ordered this chain snap over a month ago and after speaking with representives for ridgid and promised 2 dates that it would be delivered (both were wrong) I finally received the tool. It's unpleasent having to wait that long for a tool you need to complete jobs in the field I am working in

Shorter handle makes easier to use then others

As a plumber often time there is not a whole lot of room underneath a house or trench the shorter handle makes easier for use the snap chain lines up better than the long handle pair Q&A plumbing. Patrick Martin upland ca.
