Possible answer to some negative reviews

My touchless feature also stopped. Discovered a bottle of lotion sitting approximately six inches away from the sensor caused it to time out. Moved the bottle and it has worked ever since.

I LOVE THIS SINK

I love the design, and my fiancé loves the motionsense. This faucet couldn't be easier to install and is gorgeous. I'd rather the faucet also came with the a/c adapter instead of having to order separate, honestly that's rediculous, but that's okay. The holder for the sprayer could be better, or the counter weight could be heavier, but the motionsense works flawlessly and I am very pleased!

Beautiful with one problem

High quality construction but Moen missed the functionality. One touch point is cumbersome. My opinion is that it needed to be higher and more visible. You really have to look for it
