Nutrabio's HMB is an exceptional added clean product along with my other Nutrabio supplements. I have been taking HMB with my pre-workout for 4 months now & find that it helps as a buffer for my high intensity workouts. I consider it as structural reinforcement that prevents the frame from buckling under heavy load protecting existing muscle fibers while my body tries to repair the damage from my heavy working sets. The other benefit I find is that HMB maintains the overall structural integrity of the progress I already made- stopping muscle from breaking down. I have been extremely happy with the results of this product over the last 6 months.

I am a bit confused on what the recommended dose is. I started with the HMB+Creatine product which is 3g of HMB per serving. I purchased plain HMB in these capsules this time as I take creatine separately and more of it than what is in a serving in the HMB+Creatine product. However, the serving size for HMB capsules is 3 capsules at 1g. So if I were to triple to serving to hit 3g like in the HMB+Creatine product it t makes this product much much more pricey !! So I'm not sure - so I only need 1g HMB or is 3g recommended for athletes and so I'm spending a ton of extra money now and should just be repurchasing the HMB+Creatine product. It's unclear. I will not repurchase these HMB capsule again as they are not cost effective compared to the other product.
