The only eye makeup remover to use!

This is the best, better than drug store brand eye makeup remover. The formula doesn't leave a very greasy residue, it will even take off waterproof makeup, making the eye makeup removal process a lot easier, so you don't dread taking off all your eye makeup! The only thing is, the more make up the more swipes, but it doesn't get dry.

I'm actually surprised how this product does the job. I've used Clinique eye makeup remover for 30 years. It's an excellent eye makeup remover, but it contains oil. I live in Texas. It's hot and some days it's hot and humid. When I use Clinique eye makeup remover to cleanup eye makeup area, then tap with tissue to dry the oil. During the day my eye liner runs and it makes raccoon eyes. I tried Neutrogena Oil-Free Gentle Eye Make-up Remover. I'm amazed how it completely removes all my eye makeup with just a few swipes. And since it doesn't contain oil, my eyeliner doesn't run. I highly suggest this product.
