Can not get unit or information

I bought this weeks ago. I have called northern tool many times and talked to reps trying to get a delivery date. They kept getting my contact information and I never heard from them. I called again last week and I finally had one rep leave me on hold while she talked to whoever and she came back and said maybe in a week or two. It would be nice if they could be honest and just say when it will be in. I am not happy with the unit or northern tool at this point.
