I still give them a 5 star rating because with NO questions asked they sent replacements out within 2 days ! This is a great pool. Nice and deep, %26 sturdy. Walmart shipping was 4-5days which was fine for us cuz we had to get the ground ready. . Every part was there and packaged well. I like that the sand filter system has a timer on it so you don't have to worry about it running all day or turning it on. Every 24hrs it will come on, run for however many hours you put in, and shut off automatically Pay particular attention to read “adding the sand”. It's crucial for a problem free operation. As a man I skipped that part. Lol
