Really great deal for a month's worth. Cinnamon is supposed to help blood sugar and insulin resistance as well as help sweating from certain medications. But it is Ceylon cinnamon that has these benefits and not sure if this is. It tastes and smells like cinnamon. We will see. Easy to swallow.
