Good for cheap protein

I eat this basically every day in order to get my fish and Omegas. Sometimes however the fish gets rubbery when trying to defrost it in certain microwaves. Bigger ones do better. I put 4 pieces in for 4 mins at 60% power, then cut them up, then back in for 2 minutes at max power. Perfect every time. I use similar techniques with frozen chicken patties %26 other foods that say you need ovens. Works like a charm.

These fish filets are the BEST I've eaten in, like FOREVER!! I always buy the largest bag available, because I can't resist the taste, crunchiness, and there's no way to describe the sublime feeling I have when I have a helping of these!! They have a very short life span in my home, so I think I'm thinking of "BUYING IN BULK!!"

Consistently high quality and great tasting fish fillets. They're delicious microwaved -- I do 3:20, flip halfway through, then let them cool down enough to eat (which also allows them to get a bit crispier on the outside). This way they can be enjoyed quite quickly and virtually fat-free.
