These 1/2 bags are exactly what I have been looking for for years. They were first introduce about 8-9 years ago, then disappeared off the shelves. They serve as great food storage freezer bags. I wasted dozens of 1 gallon storage bags that were only half fillled. The wide bottom makes it easy to store food items like Southern Style Ribs, Sausages, corn and variety of left overs. They are also great for marinading foods in the refrigerator.
