One good little camera

Really small, but takes great pictures. Has a rechargeable battery that takes at least 200 pictures before needing recharging. The zoom is not quite a good as the more expensive point and shoot cameras, but for what we use it for, it works great. The menu is basically like all point and shoot cameras. Download to computer is very fast. The software is similar to Samsung and Kodak Easy Share. We replaced a Samsung that the lens wouldn't open. This seems much more sturdy and takes just as good a picture. It's not fancy, but it is simple to operate.

i have had many cameras from the brownie back in the late fifty's but the ones i have had from the 1990's until now they were OK but a little complicated. this Nicon cool-pix S3600 is fast and easy to focus i even took a few pictures out the window of our moving car they came out great i just made sure i had the strap around my arm...

This Nikon was the perfect little camera we needed. It takes clear pics, really nice shots, as good as the picture taker anyway. It is compact and very cute, and I LOVE the blue color. We are not professional photographers, we just needed a nice small, compact camera to be able to take with us, grab and take some quick shots. This is it. I have had a few COOLPIX cameras, have loved them all. Fits pretty much anywhere, nice and light. We like it a lot, fits just what we needed.
