AWESOME laptop. I searched everywhere for a 2-in-1 i5 that was under $600 and not seriously lacking in memory. It took a LOT of searching, but lo and behold, Walmart had one under my nose this whole time! I ordered it right away, and it was available for pick up pretty quickly. The day I started the laptop, both the laptop itself and the adapter started to get blazingly hot (to the point that the adapter was too hot to touch). It hasn't happened since that first day, and now runs reasonably warm (what laptop doesn't get warm?), but I would talk to Dell if it happens again. Other than that, this laptop is great! It has a nice, thin design that makes it incredibly easy to handle. Switching to tablet mode is easy, and its lovely to draw on with the preinstalled apps. There is a very, very slight lag when loading webpages, but that could very well be my browser. Nothing to write home about though. All in all, this is a quality laptop for an extremely reasonable price, and I cant recommend it enough. I desperately needed an upgrade from my 2014 Dell touchscreen, and this laptop answered my prayers!

My Research Wasn't Enough

Over the months I have had it, the performance continues to get worse. It started with no Wifi, and then it got slower and slower. The memory is supposed to be upgrade able, but I was later told it is not. It has gotten to the point where it is unusable. I can't afford to buy another laptop, and I can't afford to do without one. My career depends on it. So, if you want a real laptop that is capable of more than a low tier tablet, please don't go with this product.
