Just love MOEN Products

Love the design and ease of use. Very easy step by step instructions to install in 20-30 mins. Also love MOENS Service support through out the years. They do stand behind it

Do not purchase this product!!!

We paid to have a professional plumber install this product and it has not worked since day one. Sometimes it does not turn off and sometimes it does not turn on. We have to remove and reinstall the batteries to get it to reset or just to turn off! Now we have to pay the plumber to come and remove it! This is one of the worst products I have ever purchased! Do not purchase this product!!
