Restaurant-Quality Grilling With JD Lump Charcoals
Grilling over Jealous Devil lump charcoal has been a game changer for me this summer! This hardwood charcoal lights easily and burns hotter and longer than the briquettes I used to use. I love that this charcoal is made from 100% natural wood with no fillers, chemicals or additives. It lights quickly with minimal smoke or odor. The chunks are nicely sized for good air flow and the bags are packed very densely, giving me more charcoal per bag. The natural wood flavor imparted to my grilled foods from this charcoal has been amazing. Steaks, chops, vegetables - everything gets a delicious smoky flavor that enhances the natural flavors instead of overpowering them. The high heat sears in juices and cooks my food perfectly even when grilling for a crowd. I haven't found a better quality or burning lump charcoal than this Jealous Devil brand. It's clear they use only the best hardwoods and have a top notch production process. The low moisture content means this charcoal burns steady and consistent.
