The bike glides well. The only issue is that the manual instructions is very tiny pics that dont really show much and very poorly written. Also the back fender and rear luggage rack could have been pre-assembled in the box. And customer service is horrible. bought 2nd time. 1st time the front wheel ball bearings flew out. Screwed nut back on. Wasn't sure if balls needed to be there..missing half. But we tried to send the old front wheel back and get a new one but it was impossible. Told to send the whole thing back. Annoyed with the wasted gas and etc.
