Warranty information
WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS 1. In the first year, all defective products will be exchanged without conditions. 2. This warranty is limited to the replacement or refund of the product at its initial price and excludes any other fees. 3. 20% of depreciation will be deducted from the initial buying price for each year of use. 4. This warranty ends after five (5) years. 5. Transportation fees are excluded. CONDITIONS 1. The finish of the product must not have been scratched due to inappropriate use, wrong installation or lack of maintenance. 2. The product must not have been modified or painted. 3. The warranty does not cover damages caused by natural phenomenon such as: hail, tornado, hurricane or other violent storm, fire or natural disaster. 4. Normal weathering (discoloration) of the surface and alterations due to atmospheric pollution are excluded from this warranty. 5. Installation instructions must be followed. NOTE: CONSULT YOUR LOCAL BUILDING CODE IN ORDER TO BE COMPLIANT WITH IT.
