I have bought this product many times. It is always fresh, cooks up easily, and has a good texture and taste. I prefer the higher-fat hamburger over the lean because fat has many other uses in cooking. My Dogs and Cats enjoy this hamburger as well. They get excited and stick their heads in my grocery bag to smell it before I can get it in the house.

I buy these once a month and break them down into half pound servings. I was a shorted a full half pound of beef. I thought it might be that the weight of the wrapper was included but the wrapper only weighted 1.4 ounces.
