A bunch of junk and customer service was terrible!

The hose was damaged when I got it, and when I returned it to the store, I was greeted with flack from the employees because it was not in a box when the return clearly stated if I did not have a Box they would pack it for me then I was told I will not get my return until they can find a box to fit it in! Simply stated this is Walmart. Don't tell me there's not a box in here that can fit it and walked out. Needless to say it was not very happy with the overall experience.
