Everything is good about this. It came out perfect in my toaster oven. Really good roasted flavor and had a good amount of moisture - not dry, which can happen with baked items. This is a definite repeat. We paired it with Roasted corn and baked fish.

GREAT!! All in one, tiny diced %26 prepared as I would do! Saves Time from washing,cutting %26 dicing! As usual I doctor up the seasonings ! Something I've been looking for some time. I used to buy the diced peppers, onions %26 some were pre-seasoned. I still had to dice up potatoes unless I bought diced frozen potatoes %26 had to defrost,drain %26 dry out. That was still time consuming. Frozen O'Brien potatoes w/same diced potato mix is ok for breakfast ot other. This can be used for lunch %26 dinner needs
