I really like this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this product. I was taking a pill form of this, but this is much easier on my digestive system and has lessened my cravings for sweets! I also rest better. If you mix it in juice, the taste improves, but I tend to take it quickly like a shot.

The Magnesium in powder form,

The Magnesium in powder form, helps me to sleep through the night. I put it in a half cup of hot water with or without a bag of chamomile tea before bed.
