easy to use

I added this to a powdered mushroom mix to add to any soup, pasta salad, casserole or whatever savory dish I'm cooking up. I had heard that mushrooms and dandelion root is very healthy. That I can't comment on as an expert or anything, but it can't hurt right? And this is a lot easier than cultivating and drying out the dandelion roots myself.

good quality and convenient

The quality is good. Its foil packaging protects from light and heat. I find it very convenient to just scoop a spoonful to add to my coffee or to simply make tea on its own.
