I love that they hold 16oz of food,snacks. They are not hard to open or close which is great for my hands.(RA) I love Rubbermaid but they have gotten too expensive ,also Rubbermaid doesn't carry this size container this brand has a larger size which I will purchase. We wash these by hand lol not sure about the dishwasher, can reheat in the microwave but not on a high setting. I do recommend buying these. Im very happy with my purchase.Ty
