Measure tape

I rant needed this to help me with my before and after Pic. When you start to lose weight is hard to tell, so when you measure inches it let's you know something is working. I measure myself one time every few weeks. The chart is great it helps with bra sizes the weight loss the list my bra becomes. The measure kit is more than just the waist. It help with precise measurements all over. I have it 5 stars and highly recommend it.
