Excellent cup of coffee

This is the bes Turkish Coffee maker I have ever used.. Little machine is easy to use, just press one button. There is auto shut-off which is nice for those easily distracted or forgetful . It is quick to brew and generates fragrant foaming cup of coffee. Here are few tips: 1 - Use Turkish ground coffee, the grains are much finer than the other ground brands. 2. - Use cold fresh water 3. - Do not overfill. There is a line indicating max. fill. 4.- After each use fill immediately with a splash of water again, so the bottom of dzezve is covered. Once in a while I add a drop of lemon juice or vinegar and let the water stand. This prevents scale forming on bottom. No more plastic cups. for me.

Great Turkish Coffee Maker

This is a great way to make turkish coffee. I find that it is easy to use and clean making for a fast and highly enjoyable cup of coffee in the morning. I do think the price is a bit higher than what you are getting out of the machine, but everything is expensive in these dark and trying times. At least coffee makes it better.
