You Tube has some good videos on how to put on the brace. I rated the brace low due to the following experiences. The sizing chart showed size small for me. Since my shoe size was at the top of the range, I ordered a medium instead. This did not fit well for me. The final bands with velcro go around the top of ankle. They were barely long enough for the bands to meet and the velcro to attach. Brace was uncomfortable. Time consuming to put on.
