Great product. Mixes well in cold water or juice. Have to mix in small amount of water to dissolve clumps before adding to coffee or tea. If you add to hot coffee first it forms clumps that will be hard to dissolve. Overall, pricey but flavorless and can be used in baking as well.

We love the taste, it blends well and the price is great. We also use the chocolate flavor and bought a shaker bottle for my husband who just mixes it with water.
