True Lime is a valuable item in my pantry. I use it in beverages, recipes, and on tortilla chips. It adds a brightness to the flavor of most foods. It is perfect on chicken or fish and Mexican dishes. One favorite use is to sprinkle fries or tater tots with True Lime , crumbled Queso Fresco, and Cilantro just prior to serving. The flavor is great and the crispiness of the potatoes is still there instead of putting actual lime juice on them that makes them soggy wherever the juice is.
