Great results, easy to release and clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great muffin pan - clean release even with low fat recipes, and easy to clean. I used this with a banana chocolate chip muffin recipe to use some overripe bananas, and realized as I was filling the pan there wasn't much fat in the recipe (I did, however, sneak in some protein!). All good, they released cleanly and look great. Very happy with this pan (and my kids are happy I might bake this recipe more often)

Environmentally Friendly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thing I liked the best about this silicone muffin pan was that I did not need to use muffin wrappers. It was the perfect size and easy to clean. It held up well during the cooking process; there was no warping. Looks like there will be more muffins and cupcakes in my future.
