Sport Research Quality Manufactured in the USA!

I was hesitant to take L-Theanine as I can react so severely to "inert" ingredients until I found the Sport Research brand. I have to say when I took my first few doses shortly following an evening meal, it was so relaxing, I feel asleep early, which never happens (I struggle with lack of sleep). I have not taken a dose in the morning or mid-day to determine the difference in my overall focus or thought processes but feeling calm and relaxed has been great! I love to see a product clearly stating on the packaging that their product is manufactured in the United States - thank you Sport Research!

I been taking L- Theanine by sport research for year now. I love this supplement because I have anxiety. I take one everyday at night, when I feel like I'm having anxiety attack I take 2-3 supplements to calm myself. Boy, it helps me so much! 30 mins it's working and I have a sense of calm . I have tried other brands but sport research is the only one that really helps me. If you have anxiety and stress, I recommend this. I like taking it with magnesium at night. It works!!

I've been using SR L-Theanine for a few years on and off. I recently got my fiancée to use it too. It really helps reduce the stress and mind racing when you have a lot going on. It also helps with immune function directly and indirectly by reducing stress. I like the high quality of SR supplements. I used to buy them on Amazon but Amazon has gotten crazy with fake products so now I order directly from SR, just takes a little longer to get. Also, the support team is nice too.
