Deceptive Advertisement

I ordered a 6-pack of 12 Colored Pencils. Instead, I received (1) Mini Pack of colored pencils, Half the size (about 4" tall) and I am Missing the six 12-Packs (full sized colored pencils) that I ordered! The pencils were HALF OFF , which I thought was a GREAT deal until I received ONLY ONE PACK and MINI at that!! Trust me, I would not pay $16 for 1-Mini Pk of Colored Pencils, really? Also, I ordered this product off of Walmart's website and it shipped by 3rd party? I'm not happy and I'm very disappointed!! The product is still in the original shipping package and I never used them. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!! The advertisement was very deceptive. PLUS the product had numbers hand written with an ink pen on the back of the package!
