Warning: This product contains acetaminophen. Severe liver damage may occur if adults take more than 12 tablets in 24 hours, child takes more than 5 tablets in 24 hours, taken with other drugs containing acetaminophen, adult has 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product.. Allergy Alert: Acetaminophen may cause severe skin or severe allergic reactions. Symptoms may include: skin reddening, blisters, rash, hives, facial swelling, asthma (wheezing), shock. If a skin or general allergic reactions occurs, stop use and seek medical help right away.. Sore Throat Warning: If sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly. Do not use to sedate children. Do not use with any other drug containing acetaminophen (prescription or nonprescription). If you are not sure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist. Ask a doctor before use if the user has liver disease, a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis, glaucoma, trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland.. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if the use is taking the blood thinning drug warfarin, taking sedatives or tranquilizers.. When using this product excitability may occur, especially in children, drowsiness may occur, avoid alcoholic beverages, alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness, use caution when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery.. Stop use and ask a doctor if pain gets worse or lasts more than 5 days (children 6 to under 12 years) or 10 days (adults), fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days, redness or swelling is present, new symptoms occur.. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Overdose Warning: Taking more than the recommended dose may cause liver damage. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Quick medical attention is critical for adults as well as children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms. Safety Sealed: Do not use if backing on blister card imprinted with Coricidin HBP is torn or missing.

Do not use more than directed ( see overdose warning) Adults and children 12 years and over - 2 tablets every 4-6 hours, not more than 8 tablets in 24 hours Children 6-12 years of age - 1 tablet every 4-6 hours, not more than 5 tablets in 24 hours. Children under 6 years of age: Ask a doctor. Store between 15° and 25°C (59° and 77°F). Protect from Excessive Moisture.

It works - and it won't raise your BP
So many medications that are heart safe just don't help relieve cold symptoms. Coricidin works. Period. Fast acting, long lasting and effective. The packaging can be a bugger to open but that's the only downside. Keep a scissors handy and you're set. It's worth it.

Coricidin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother and I have hypertension and she really swears by this medication. She has used this Coricidin for years when she has a cold. I personally have not been sick , to have been able to try it out yet. But if my 67 year old mother approves , I will try it when I am actually sick. Coincidental which seems like actually now lol.
