Impressive presets. You do not have to study the instructions to use its presets to proof pizza dough, cook a fresh pizza, or reheat your pizza, for example. I have not tested much else, although I did cook a pork butt roast mostly in this oven (I had to put it in the fridge and finish it in my oven while I cooked a pizza). Toasting probably works better nearest the burner rather than on the middle rack. Put pizza on the bottom rack for the crisp crust. I have made over four fresh pizzas and at least one Giordano's croissant crust pizza. My fresh pizzas needed no tweaking, and the frozen pizza was really easy to set up by pressing the respective "temp" and "time" buttons. So, I really think I have a great appliance here. And my first batch of fries was delicious even though I did not use a preset and they were not crispy like I wanted. The infrared must had cooked deeper into the cut potatoes. I think my next batch of fries will be better but I was in an hurry the first time to see how much effort would be necessary to get accustomed results. Actually, I can't recommend this enough. It holds more than my air fryer and because of that, I can do much more with it.

I have propane for cooking. In the summer the house gets too hot. Propane must be delivered so I wanted to use electricity instead. This oven quickly cooks food and I have it outside on the back patio. I cover it when not using it. It is so nice to use. It takes some study about how to use it. It is high quality and one of my best purchases.
