Firestone Destination M/T2 Mud Terrain LT245/75R17 121/118Q E Light Truck Tire

I work at a tire shop so i have the option in seeing the differences on tires. I have tried Toyo AT/2 and they were good but i managed to burn through them in 35,000kms. So i wasnt very impressed. For the price of these firestones it was hard to say no even if i didnt get good wear, but so far they are surprisingly quiet on the road and were very light to balance. And they look sweet since of the MT style. Will see how they do later on.

Just got a set of MT2s last week. I have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler with 170,000 miles on it and previously had the MTs and put 80,000 miles on them. Downside was they were really loud and the ride left a lot to be desired. Then went with the all terrain and only got 50,000 miles out of those. Decided to give the MT2s a try after reading some of the reviews. They are much quieter than the MTs, can hardly tell the difference between them and the all terrains. Also, the ride is equal to the all terrains. It is too early to tell about durabity or how many miles I will get out of them but thumbs up to Firestone for making a good tire much better. Also, they look great on the Jeep.
