Only 1 pack instead of 2

The web page states there is 2 packs of the OREO Thins Tiramisu Creme Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, I was only sent 1 pack. Also, you would think when it says these are the 'Family Size' packs you would get a larger size pack of cookies than what the package is at 11.78 .oz. I guess this is an example of Shrinkflation.
