Kirkland Signature Organic Almond Beverage, Vanilla, 32 fl oz, 6-count

I eat a plant based diet. I have never been able to drink cows milk my whole life or eat dairy products made from cows milk. It's organic. I put it into or onto my oatmeal... you can cook it in. It's unsweetened so no worries about sugar. I like to make Chai, tastes really good in the tea. I have only one recommendation, on the list of ingredients, it says it contains either organic locast bean gum, or organic guar gum. So you don't know which one is in there. My GI doctor told me to not to eat anything with Guar gum. Guar Gum is indicated as something to avoid on the Low Fodmap diet. Guar gum does make me feel sick. And I don't know if Organic Guar gum is ok with out side effects. However the batch that I have is good. Just don't know which is in there.
