It's butter!

We used to use margarine until I was convinced to switch back to natural butter. Since using this butter for several years, my cholesterol has NOT increased. I cannot compare to other name-brand products because I don't buy them, why should I? This is butter, plain and simple.

I love this butter. It taste great in my pound cakes. It stays fresh in the fridge a long time. I use it on vegetables and cook my breakfast eggs in it. It takes a while for it to get soft if you are going to use it for a cake or whatever, but that is the nature of real butter!

butter may have more calories but it tastes better

Growing up my mother just loved her margarine, as an adult I can't stand the taste of most margarine products. There's been a rumor running around for years that butter congeals in your veins just like it congeals in the container, don't know how true that is I just know I like the taste better and it certainly cooks much better than most margarine. Occasional the price of butter skyrockets for whatever reason but I'd still rather pay the extra than buy margarine. Good stuff.
