I think they are true to size

I normally wear an 8.5 or 9 and both fit, I kept the bigger size so i could wear with thicker socks. These are not made for people with bigger calfs. I have very thin legs and they fit me perfect. If you read the description on the website, it says they have a 12.5" calf circumference, which is pretty small. They do stetch but you will not be happy if you have bigger legs.

I was so so excited to get these boots I paid extra for faster shipping. I'm a solid 7 1/2 in boots but these boots felt like I trying to put a size 5 on my foot. They run so small I don't have a clue what size I should trade them for - at least thats my experience. .
