The lid snaps shut, and the tub rolls easily. The container has a lot of space. The price is right. I am concerned about the type of hinge. While working well right now, this type of hinge does not seem to last. Nonetheless, can't beat it for the money.

Our previous dog food container needed to be replaced as the lid was no longer attaching correctly (we had it from our previous dog, it was at least 10 years old). This was just a container for our pantry to feed our small 10 pound dog, not for storing entire bags of food. I wanted something similar in size that had a better lid. Most of what I found for "dog food containers" were too big, too expensive, or a bit more complicated than what we wanted. We settled on this option and it has worked perfectly. The lid isn't as sturdy as the one on our previous container, but the way it connects to the base is much more secure. I'm happy with it and would purchase it again.
