Great Value Steamable Fine Green Beans, 12 oz (Frozen)

Love these string beans!! Taste just like fresh picked. Tender with real green bean taste. My only complaint is that I want more. I know it's a steamer bag, but I would like a large bag that's not a steamer. The small bags are expensive and only a one time servings. Also, I love these long beans so much better than the cut type. Taste's so good.

First to say I hate (yes, hate) to cook anything from labor intensive home made scratch, and most everything taking more than 30 minutes. 98% of the time I use my countertop oven and microwave, no exaggeration. Yet I have a very "foodie and gourmet" palate. No need to use fresh green beans and stuck removing veins and trimming off tips for best cooking results. This low priced frozen bag of fine green beens can be prepared like fresh ones but the only prep time is snipping the bag. I never boil veggies, and rarely even do any stove top veggie cooking. I always prefer my veggies oven baked which enhances more flavor and retains more natural nutrients. Now I eat green beans more often that before.
