I tried this product as part of the Quick Slim Kit and the three products combined were pretty effective. Skinny Cleanse was taken at night as directed. The first day or two I had some symptoms from it, nausea, headache, gas, but those passed after the first couple days. I almost stopped taking it, but did some research and discovered that is normal with a cleanse as it takes time for the toxins in your body to be flushed out, so you may experience some symptoms before that happens. Lots of water and continued use will help speed the process along. I followed the meal plan, with only minor modifications to replace foods that I did not like, and felt good on this cleanse.
