Helps with my winter coughs and colds

I have respiratory problems every winter. I also teach so I'm surrounded by germs in the classroom daily during winter months. A friend told me she takes oil of oregano daily during cough and cold season and suggested I try it. I've been taking one daily in the winter for a few years and it does make a difference when I get colds with a cough. I still use cough liquid or drops at times, but this really does seem to shorten how long the cough lasts. If you take a lot of meds or have concerns for your health conditions, you could check with your doctor or pharmacist first.
