I was a little skeptical but I wanted to try the brace since cortisone shots were not working and I could barely walk for the pain. It takes a little time to get used to but once adjusted I get great support and it took the fear of falling away. It gives a lot of support through my exercises I didn't walk for 4 months so I have a lot of rehab to do. I'm very pleased with the support I get and the comfort. I am bone on bone and trying to put surgery off as long as possible
